Event Registration – 9.00am to 11.00am
A race registration and number pick up office is provided at the Race Office, Angus Inn. Team Managers are required to attend with rider’s licenses to collect race numbers, technical regulations etc. (race packages will not be given to individual riders).
NO REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED AFTER 11.00am
11.15am – Managers Meeting
The general meeting and team manager’s meeting, organised in accordance with article 1.2.081 of the UCI regulations, in the presence of the members of the Commissaries panel, is schedule for 11.15am at the Function room of the Race Headquarters.
PLEASE NOTE - Team Managers New Zealand teams; Is important that all New Zealand club/regional teams have a team manager and a team car. All team managers will be allowed to be in the race convoy to serve their riders during the stage. If all teams don't have a car, they are allowed to work with other team managers. The race organization doesn’t provide team cars.
Transport; A bus will depart from the Angus Inn Hotel on Wednesday 24 at 12.00noon to the start in Martinborough. A truck will take all bags etc. direct to the hotel in Masterton. There will be room to take bikes and wheels in our service vans and track.
Please leave any bike bags, boxes that you don’t need during the tour in the storage room at The Angus Inn, Lower Hutt.
A bus will depart from Masterton to the Angus Inn on Saturday 27 one hour after the finish of stage five the Palmerston North to Masterton stage.
Accommodation:
Unless pre arranged with the Race Director, accommodation starts as from Wednesday 24th February and until Sunday 28th February 2010 am. If extra accommodation is required the cost is of $120 per day and must be book with the Race Director before the start of the tour.

- Tuesday 23 - Angus Inn, Lower Hutt - International riders only
- Wednesday 24 - Solway Park Hotel - Masterton
- Thursday 25/ Friday 26 - Kingsgate Hotel
- Saturday 27 - Angus Inn, Lower Hutt
- International riders only stay at the Angus Inn on Sunday night.
Please Note: On Wednesday 24 February the following five teams will stay at the Gateway Motor Inn – 290 High St – Masterton. The Gateway Motor Inn is 300 meters south of Solway Park Hotel.
Teams at Gateway Motor Inn will have Dinner at Solway Park Hotel 24 February - 7.00pm
Breakfasts will be at the Gateway Motor Inn Thursday 25 February –from 7.00am

Uniforms; Unless previously arranged with Race Director, all riders in the race (except UCI registered teams) will receive shorts and a jersey to use during all stages. No other uniforms will be allowed in the race.
Stage Four – Individual Time Trial:
Riders are not allowed to use time trial bikes, disk wheels, clip on aero bars or aero helmets. All riders must ride the same bike they are using at every other stage of the tour.
