Tuesday 26th January 2010
Event Registration – 4.30 to 6.30pm
A race registration and number pick up office is provided at the Race Office, Angus Inn. Team Managers are required to attend with rider’s licenses to collect race numbers, technical regulations etc. (race packages will not be given to individual riders).
8.00pm – Managers Meeting
The general meeting and team manager’s meeting, organised in accordance with article 1.2.081 of the UCI regulations, in the presence of the members of the Commissaries panel, is schedule for 8.00pm at the Function room of the Race Headquarters.
NO REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED AFTER 6.30pm
Accommodation:
Unless pre arranged with the Race Director, accommodation starts as from Wednesday 26th January 2010 pm and until Sunday 31st January 2010 am. If extra accommodation is required the cost is of $120 per day and must be book with the Race Director before the start of the tour.

International riders only stay at the Angus Inn on Sunday night.
Please note that a 2010 license will be required to be produced prior to the start of the event. Is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain the 2010 license as soon as possible from the office of Bike NZ or your national federation.
If you are unable to attend the 2010, entry fee will no be refunded.
